By the way, Toto Site is also a concept that went a long way before it was used by the Home Trades in Orlando. When they were first building their own homes, they also called the area Toto. However, it's actually pronounced "Too-To".

Just like the name says, Toto was once a small farming community in South Florida. Today, many original homes still stand and are a few blocks away from where you can find one of the largest new subdivisions in the United States. So, the community has certainly evolved.

As it was originally, Toto was a very unique place. You could drive to the beach and stay in old BBQ buildings and there was even a small school. Also, there were no houses on the land. Instead, the community built their own homes so that their community would be self-sufficient.

As time went on, the owners decided that their community was far too small for them to continue to be self-sufficient, so they built a large subdivision to provide beach access and main street access. Now, you can't imagine what the place looks like from the air. When I was a kid, I used to love going up there and taking a ride on the roller coaster at the Water Park, riding a bike down the sandy beach, and playing golf.

Even though there is something to be said about being "on the beach" at this particular spot, you can still find some great properties up here. And if you're looking for a community that's not only affordable, but close to places like the zoo and the airport, then Toto can help. The residents of this community are very active, active citizens. They go to church, swim, go out for dinner, and more.

If you have your own homes, then it's easy to enjoy Toto. You don't have to worry about finding a new house because all of the land has been sold off. You also don't have to worry about the large commercial center or the shops that are there. So, with the community, you'll find lots of opportunities for entertainment and get-togethers.

If you want to build your dream home, then Toto is the place for you. It's only a few miles from Walt Disney World, and there's nothing else like it.
